We recommend fertilizer applications 4 times a year The best time to fertilize is October, December, Late February, and June. It is never to late to start the fertilizer process. It takes a few applications before you start seeing significant results. Each lawn is unique and must be evaluated individually based off the problems that are occurring.

Sick of having a “fluffy” yard? Are you seeing dead spots were the water is not reaching? We recommend every Bermuda yard be scalped or dethached in March every year. It has been proven that it is the best to dethach your yard every two years and scalp it the years in-between dethachings. All fescue yards need to be mowed low in March to allow for new growth.
